Cathy Kreger's Breakfast in a Blender

10 oz. Apple Juice
1 Banana
Handful of Pumpkin Seeds
Handful of Sunflower Seeds
Almonds
2 oz. Aloe Vera Juice (available at Health Food Stores)
3 Teaspoons Powdered Greens (also available at Health Food Stores)

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and liquify.
